Praise the Lord! I had come to the Rose of Sharon about a year back. Due to stroke on my right side I was unable to walk properly. I could only walk with support or else crawl on the floor. After coming to the Rose of Sharon my health condition is better and of late I have been able to walk on my own supporting one hand on the wall. I thank the Lord Jesus for strengthening me and helping me to walk. I thank Pastor Saroja for her prayers for us through which we have been blessed. Radhabai Pillay Rose of Sharon, Mangalore (19th Jan 2005)   I am from the village called Mavadi. I was a non-Christian by birth; but 30 years back after my husband died I accepted Jesus Christ as my Saviour and was baptised. I have no children. I was quite well off with the money left behind by my husband. But after I became old, I was cheated and all my money was taken. My house was broken down. I was alone and had nowhere to go. My close relatives rejected me because I had accepted Jesus Christ and I had also brought about 4 persons to accept Christ and be baptised. I had also helped them with their financial problems. I had often donated to the local church in my village. I would always be praising the Lord Jesus Christ. Because of all this they hated me and spoke ill words to the name of the Lord. So I would quarrel with them and finally they totally rejected me. Then the days came when I had nothing in my hand. I would wander here and there in my village. I had visited a couple of places where they would house old people and orphans but I found life difficult there also. Finally I was begging on the road for my daily bread. I went through extremely difficult days on the road. Walking here and there, suddenly one day someone told me that there is an old age home at the end of this road and that I should ask for help there. When I entered this place I felt this is the place I will be till I die. This place is certainly the house of God. Jesus Christ did not forget me, but He brought me to a place where they worship and praise Him. I am so comfortable in this place. Even if I thank Him crores of times, it is not enough. I want to live here till I die. Jyothi Rose of Sharon, Tamil Nadu (December) Praise the Lord My name is John Marks. For quite some time I had severe swelling on both my feet and experienced difficulty while walking. The doctor had said that this was due to medication. In the first week of April during Sis. Saroja's visit to the Rose of Sharon she suggested that my leg be raised up by the use of a pillow. This was done and from the very next day there was improvement and now the swelling has totally disappeared. Now I am feeling much better and there is no pain in my legs. I want to thank and praise the Lord for healing me. I also thank Sis. Saroja for her divine counsel and her constant prayers for us. Mr. John Marks Rose of Sharon - Katipalla (17th Apr 2004) Praise the Lord Greetings in Jesus mighty name. I am Lalitha Salins aged 81 years. Before coming to the Rose of Sharon, I had a white patch on my right hand. This had been there on my hand for the last twelve years and on the patch there was dead skin. This patch always had itching and I would always be removing the skin and afterwards it became a big white patch. But after coming to the Rose of Sharon in the month of July 2003, the Lord has done a mighty work and healed me. Now the skin in my hand has been restored and has become soft like normal skin, and the white patch has disappeared. Praise the Lord for this mighty healing that He has done. This is because of the Lord's mighty presence in the Rose of Sharon and by the constant prayers of Sis. Saroja. Lalitha Salins Rose of Sharon - Mangalore (22nd Nov 2003) Praise the Lord Greetings in the unchanging name of Jesus Christ. I am Fredrick Lobo and had come to the Rose of Sharon on the 24th of Sept 2003. When I came to the home I was in a very bad state of health. The Medical reports showed that I was suffering from Tuber culosis. This was informed to Sister Saroja and inspite of the sickness in faith she kept me at the Rose of Sharon. During this time I was kept in isolation in a separate room. From the very next day I have been able to eat normal food and I have been recovering very fast. Within a month my Medical test report has shown negative and I have been healed of the sickness and have been moved into the hall with the other inmates. My health condition has been steadily improving. Praise the Lord for His grace and mercies. All this has happened by the Lord's grace and the bold counsel and prayers of Sis. Saroja. Mr.Fredrick Lobo Rose of Sharon - Mangalore (26th Oct 2003) Greetings in the sweet name of the Lord Jesus. God has been so good all the time. One of our aji's by name Girija had expressed her desire to eat dosas steamed in Sag leaves (leaves of teakwood tree). These leaves were available just in our neighbouring house but I was a bit reluctant to take it from there. I had checked with a Sister from the church and these leaves were not availale. Yesterday once again in the morning as I was talking to Girija aji, she once again pointed to these leaves in the opposite compound and actioned with her hand how one has to make those dosas. Once again I told her that we would soon make these dosas. That day as I went to the shop I checked if those leaves were available elsewhere, but it was not. To my surprise in the afternoon suddenly these Sag leaves started to fall inside our compound from the neighbouring tree. Our neighbour was getting his tree cleaned and as the person was cutting the leaves, a lot of the leaves fell into our compond. We quickly collected them. How wonderful it was to see the Lord provide these leaves so that the dosa could be made without any further delay. All glory, honour and praise to our Lord Jesus Christ who has always been doing wonders at the Rose of Sharon in answer to Pastor Saroja's prayers. Bro. John, Rose of Sharon, Katipalla.
